I’ve known Greg Scott since the early 1990s. He has been our go to IT guy since the very beginning of our church and has guided us from startup to rapid expansion, and now through our teenage years and beyond. He always seems to come up with creative solutions for our IT issues that save us money and give us a capability we need. For example, way back in 2004, he set us up to share sermons and, eventually, live video conferences with one of our church members deployed to Fallujah, Iraq. In 2003 and again in 2009, he led teams to wire us into the 21st century as we did major construction and remodeling projects. In the 2009 project, we added a $3 million addition to our space. Thanks to Greg’s leadership, volunteer labor, and arm-twisting with suppliers, we installed $100,000 of computer, telephone, and TV wiring for around $12,000.
